Donald J. Richardson is a shareholder of the firm.  He has extensive litigation and trial experience in the areas of nursing home liability, medical malpractice defense of physicians, nurse practitioners and private practices, premises liability and product liability.  Don is currently the Chairperson of the Medical Negligence Committee of the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys (OACTA).
