Kristen Mayer serves as Counsel at Bonezzi Switzer.  She is a seasoned trial and appellate lawyer.  Before joining Bonezzi, Kristen was a partner at Tucker Ellis, LLP where she was Chairman of the Legal Writing Committee.  Kristen specializes in complex brief writing and has served as National Liaison Counsel in several multi-district litigations, primarily in the areas of pharmaceutical drug and medical device litigation.  Kristen also has extensive experience in the areas of medical malpractice, labor and employment law, federal and state regulatory law, insurance coverage defense, and contract negotiation. She consistently delivers successful outcomes during times of crisis and uncertainty within the most challenging environments.
